Taekwondo forms and training videos

Quick answer: Forms (poomsae) videos are practice references. They do not replace class at a Mid-Michigan school.

What are Taekwondo forms (poomsae)?

Set patterns you repeat so stances and kicks stay consistent. Details live on the poomsae guide.

Can I learn forms only from these videos?

Use them as homework after class. A coach still has to correct hips and chambers in person.

Where do I start if I have never taken Taekwondo?

Book a trial at a city page. Videos are support, not the first class.
